My folks just took my family to San Diego for four days. We stayed at the luxurious Manchester Grand Hyatt in downtown. It was wonderful time with family enjoying the active lifestyle of San Diego. We went to LegoLand, hiking at Torrey Pines State Park and Beach, Sea World (with all you can eat passes!), and we took a tour of the aircraft carrier USS Midway. We also got to visit with my wife’s brother and fiancée for a day.
All told it was a great time. Many in the family over ate. I may have done that myself, but I got a couple of nice runs in along the waterfront so I am not feeling too stuffed.
